Wow! It's been a really long time since I posted here. I'm sorry. I've not forgotten everyone. We are in the process of moving. So while I was absent from here I was showing our house, which sold, and flying one state over to find a house there. I'm exhausted. My brain is barely functioning. We ended up purchasing a house with a hot tub in the back deck. Although it came with a garden tub inside I think I'll probably do my soaking out in the hot tub from now on. So I've got to finish packing and moving. What I want to know is, does anyone have any advice on making moving easier for people with fibro?

If you read this blog you know that I've fallen in love with the Boppy pillow for relief of shoulder pain. On the Boppy website there is a Total Body Pillow. It looks like something I would like. I always sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs and a pillow in my arms to keep my shoulders from falling forward. This pillow looks ideal. I want to know if anyone has tried it. Let me know if you have and what you think of it.

I wrote recently in a post about using the Boppy pillow. Now that I've had time to use it I can say that it really works. I put it around my bellow and rest my arms on it. I use it religiously while I'm sitting on the couch so much so that my husband laughs at me when I get "nested" and calls it my lovey. I've also used it in the car. It really has helped to support my arms and reduce the pain in my shoulders. I will say that it is hard to use while driving. It does touch the bottom of the steering wheel so I can't recommend that. However, I do use it on the interstate for long stretches where I won't be making turns. But to use it in the passenger seat is great. So if you have pain in your shoulders, try this pillow and let me know what you think.
