Help Making The Bed

So I'm making the bed when my hands start cramping and hurting really bad. It's from having to grip the sheet tightly while I pull it down and over the corners. It really hurts. Does anyone have any little tip or advice on how to make it easier to make the bed? Is there some secret tool for gripping?

  1. You know, my grandma always has hand cramps like that, too, and hasn't found any "magic" cure for it. Have you tried rubbing some analgesic cream on your hands before you make the bed? Maybe that might help with the pain. I use "myoflex" cream on my calf muscle before I walk and it does help the pain.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help! Good luck to ya.

  2. I'll have to try that. I guess it's because I just jumped right in there and started working like I was a normal person. Some days my hands hurt just from typing on the computer. Anytime I'm in the hot tub or a pool I am sure to do range of motion exercises with my fingers and hands. Hmm. Maybe I should post about that kind of stuff too.
